This project involved the complete refurbishment of a family home in North London. We worked closely with an interior designer/project manager to transform this Victorian property into a modern vibrant home for its new owner and his family, while retaining the quintessential period features.

The entire building was stripped back to the brick and joists. We reconfigured the rear extension, replaced the existing kitchen and revamped four bathrooms. Having enlarged openings in the building envelope, we installed new bifold doors, oriel windows and roof lights which dramatically increased the amount of natural light flowing into the living space. The project also involved a significant amount of bespoke joinery including new stairs, parquet floors, built-in wardrobes and window benches.
