This project included a loft conversion, rear extension, full internal refurb and some external works in the rear garden. We also installed a bespoke feature stairs with storage units. The Client wanted to have a slightly more rustic effect with a less polished finish. We achieved this effect in a number of ways by focusing attention on some of the main structural elements. For example, we left much of the structural steel work exposed and painted it in a light colour. We also left some of the brickwork and rafters exposed, using a natural wood finish on the latter.

 

Overall, the client was happy with the final result which created a living space that blended well with the garden area at the rear. We also completed some front and rear garden landscaping, installation of cedar fencing and timber decking and laying front garden mosaic path tiles.
