This project involved refurbishing what was a very dark and dated two bedroom flat in the docklands for a foreign owner who lives abroad. We started with stripping out all the existing bathrooms, fittings, flooring and kitchen. These were all replaced with lighter more modern fittings and finishes such as microcrete instead of tiles. The result was a flat with clean lines and a bright, more contemporary feel.
