This project was a full renovation of a Victorian home in Walthamstow, East London. It involved a double loft conversion, a two storey rear extension and a full refurbishment of the main house. It also included fitting a high-end kitchen, several bathrooms and featured custom joinery to create a new bespoke stairs and integrated storage units. 

 

The client wanted to maximise the light to the new kitchen/diner so we installed quite a large glass roof section and large bi-fold doors to allow plenty of sun light into the space which opened onto the rear garden. Extension works included: forming structural openings, installation of aluminium framed glass roof, bi-fold doors, underfloor heating, floor tiles, plastering, new plumbing and electric system, painting and decorating.
