This project in a family home in Walthamstow involved completely demolishing the existing old extension and then building a brand new two-storey extension. As can be seen from the pictures, this was a mid terrace house which required us to crane in the steel beams required for the structural works. The finished result was a large open plan kitchen/diner complete with a modern kitchen and bifold doors opening on the rear garden.
